We conceptualized the idea of AlloyX when we built a credit fund investing into emerging markets businesses. We saw firsthand in working with credit protocols and lenders, how challenging it is for liquidity providers to lend into real world assets on chain despite of increasing demand for capital by real world businesses with sound financials and operations. As operators and investors ourselves, we spotted an inefficiency, an opportunity to create a platform that abstracts away the complexities and makes it easy for anyone to invest in real world assets and earn yields. We believe by leveraging the technologies of crypto and blockchains, we can contribute to making RWA DeFi more efficient, transparent, accessible and fair, ultimately accelerating the adoption of RWA DeFi in the ecosystem.
